Site Clearance

S3 Solutions executes site clearance works often as a precursor to the remediation and demolition processes as part of the development platform preparation package.

As the first packaged contractor on site we will make it safe and secure. We will then often undertake a multitude of activities which may include:
• Erection of site hoarding / security fencing
• Segregation and identification of hazardous materials using our professional environmental scientists
• Empty/decanting drums or buried tanks
• Complex sorting of gas bottles, tyres, timber or any other environmentally difficult material to dispose of
• Clearance and mulching of all trees, vegetation and other green waste on site
• Safe treatment or removal of invasive weed species such as Japanese Knotweed and its associated contaminated soils
